My name is Aleksandra Stróżniak. Since 2011, I have been supporting organisations in communication, marketing and project management. I gained my experience at Radio Poznań, where I led projects in communications, sales, new media development, client relations and team management.
Working in a media environment taught me the practical aspects of effective communication – from message building and voice work to conscious image shaping. Alongside this, I developed project management competencies, earning AgilePM® and PRINCE2® certifications while leading business projects with diverse stakeholders. Since 2023, I have also been teaching communication and project management at Collegium Da Vinci in Poznań.
In 2025, I expanded my practice to include professional colour analysis. I believe that effective communication is the combination of what we say and how we are perceived – which is why I connect communication skills development with conscious image building, showing how these two areas reinforce each other.
